5. Referral Program Rules

If you participate in Rippl’s referral tracking, you agree to:

• Only send legitimate referrals to actual potential customers.
   

• Comply with all applicable advertising and marketing laws.
   

• Not manipulate or game the system to generate false referrals or rewards.
   

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology in Rippl are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer our Services without permission.

You retain ownership of any content you upload, but you grant Rippl a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content solely to operate the Services.

 

7. Disclaimers

Rippl provides the Services “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee specific business results or earnings.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rippl and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

 

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services. You may also cancel your account at any time.

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

 

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting an updated version on our website with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of Rippl after changes are posted means you accept the new Terms.
